Gone To The Dogs host Dani Jackson said: “As was the case at our shows at Yarmouth, Romford and Nottingham this year, we have been keen to support the work of the kennelhands who do so much hard work.

“Our first live race will be the six-bend kennel sweepstakes final, but we plan to show replays of the first three graded finals – and they will also include best turned out awards, and hopefully we’ll get the winners names out there!

“Thanks to bet365 for supporting the kennelhands – this is something we’ve been really keen to do this year and it’s great to do again for Towcester.”

TONIGHT’S near four-hour show from Towcester will include big-race highlights of the racing year in a transmission starting at 6pm.

James Chalkley, director of racing at Towcester, said: “The restaurant is full and the executive boxes and suites have also been taken.

“We’ve got a few Christmas parties, but there is plenty of space downstairs in the bars to welcome customers and racegoers in on the night.”
